Academia Columbus has Spanish language schools in Santo Domingo
de Heredia, Costa Rica, Quito, Ecuador and Playa del Carmen,
Mexico. At each of these locations you have a choice of taking
both group and private Spanish language courses. Our Spanish
language programs are designed to help you study and learn
Spanish in a short period of time. We can accept students
of any level of Spanish proficiency.
Our
group Spanish programs never have more than 5 students in
any one class. Small class sizes means you get a lot of personalized
attention and plenty of opportunity to interact in Spanish.
The key to learning Spanish is practice, and our small group
sizes will allow you the chance to work on your Spanish.
The
group Spanish classes are divided up by Spanish language proficiency.
You will be tested upon arrival and placed into a group with
other individuals who share your level of proficiency.
Those
taking private classes are also tested upon arrival in order
to start them off at the right level as well.
Private
classes are a great way to learn Spanish in a short period
of time. With private Spanish language classes you are assured
of maximum attention and you will find that your Spanish language
skills advance rapidly. Private Spanish classes are also used
to cover specialized topics for those who request it.
Starting
Dates Our
Spanish language programs start ANY
Monday of the year. We set the classes up this way to allow
maximum flexibility for our Spanish language students. You
can study Spanish as short as a week, or choose to study and
learn Spanish at one of our Spanish language school for a
period of months. The length of time you decide to spend learning
Spanish is up to you.

Little About Our Instructors
All
our instructors are native Spanish speakers and have a university
degree as well as extensive experience in teaching Spanish
as a foreign language. Our Spanish language schools in Costa
Rica, Ecuador and Mexico provide continual training to ensure
a teaching staff whose lessons satisfy the highest criteria.
Educational
Materials
Our
educational materials are up-to-date and mostly come from
Spanish universities or the Instituto Cervantes. They are
specially developed to enable fast and effective learning
of Spanish as a foreign language.
In
order to guarantee you top quality, our Spanish language schools
use a wide variety of materials. The educational materials
are made available to you free of charge for the duration
of your Spanish language course. All of our students receive
a certificate of successful completion at the end of their
courses.
